2nd Level Application Support for BCS/SAP v Praha – Nové Město, Česko

We are looking for a motivated independent professional with strong analytical and support skills and SAP knowledge to join our Application Operations team within the Finance Delivery Department.

We are responsible for SAP-based applications for financial and management reporting. In this context, we bring together Group consolidation, accounting and controlling in terms of technology and processes and develop them further in an innovative and future-oriented manner. In addition, we provide quality-assured individual business data for internal risk and external regulatory reporting.

You will be responsible for/your tasks will be:

• 1st and 2nd level technical support of BCS together with the team and participation/backup for other applications within the team like SAP BW.
• Daily, Month-End and Year-End tasks and processes
• Expertise in your area of responsibilities, knowing the system and processes
• With your operations expertise you assist in system maintenance, configuration adjustments and scheduling changes
• Cooperation with Development and Business Expert teams; performing also testing, transports and releases
• You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team supporting SAP systems.
• Participating in on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support upon requirements, is essential for stable and high-performance operations
• Using various ticketing tools on daily basis

We prefer candidates:

• With a support or relevant technical experience in BCS ideally within a complex, multi-platform environment is a must
• With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Having applied module knowledge and experience in other SAP banking products, such as SAP or S4HANA - FI/CO, BW, ECCS is a plus
• With system skills outside of SAP – for instance UC4 automation(or other job scheduling tool) and willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of banking, finance and accounting, data management or/and Business Intelligence and reporting tools is a strong advantage
• With independent, reliable, stress resistant attitude; open to learning and continuous self-improvement
• Good communication skills in English (Czech is not required, at least communicative German is a big plus and potential decision factor)
