What are you working on?

The name of the project(s): SoftlyBlink YouTube Shorts Channel
At what stage of the project(s)? Live and producing content
Genres: Educational
Platforms: PC, Mobile, Social

SoftlyBlink is a YouTube Shorts channel producing wholesome 3D animated stories in realistic Zack D Films style. We launched this year and are already live and growing. Founded by two brothers (Marc & Uri) who are passionate about creating heartwarming content that reaches millions.

What makes us different:

- We provide everything (scripts + AI voiceover) — you focus 100% on animation

- We're working on providing 3D assets too, so the workload gets even lighter over time

- No micromanagement, no endless revisions — you own your final result

- We pay consistency and viral bonuses on top of base salary

- The animators who join now become team leads as we scale

- Full-time potential: $1,000-1,200/month as volume increases

We're stable because the business model is proven — wholesome YouTube Shorts is one of the fastest-growing niches. We're building a long-term team, not hiring for a one-off project.

- Deliver finished videos ready to upload

- Adapt animations to Spanish voiceovers

Key KPIs: on-time weekly delivery, style consistency with references, viewer retention and engagement.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Experience in realistic 3D animation (any level welcome if portfolio matches the style)

- Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, or C4D

- We're working on providing 3D assets, but can't guarantee it yet — being able to source free models (Sketchfab, TurboSquid, Mixamo) or create your own is a plus

- Growth path to team lead as we scale

- Work on feel-good wholesome content, not controversial or low-quality material
