The Role

You’ll keep our cloud platform, apps and AI agents fast, observable and resilient, using automation and AI to make reliability everyone’s default.

What you will be doing

You’ll run reproducible, multi-environment cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
You’ll build and own CI/CD pipelines, deployment checks and recovery procedures so shipping is fast and safe.
You’ll set up logs, metrics, traces and alerts across apps, AI agents and their dependencies. Every alert will be one someone can actually act on.
You’ll lead incident diagnosis, keep runbooks sharp and regularly test recovery, including safe automated rollback.
You’ll automate repetitive ops work and use AI to speed up log analysis, root-cause hunting and fixes.
You’ll make reliability a shared habit by documenting decisions, setting clear SLOs and helping teams own what they ship.

What we are looking for

Strong cloud operations experience, with deep hands-on CI/CD and IaC skills (e.g. Terraform).
Confidence diagnosing distributed systems through logs, metrics and traces, including when the clock is ticking.
Proven hands-on incident response experience. You’ve been on call, led the fix and written the post-mortem.
Solid scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, Go) and strong knowledge of networking, secrets management and service identities.
An AI-first approach to automation. You reach for AI tooling to remove toil, not add it.
Bonus points for GCP, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Airflow, Vercel, Supabase, Kubernetes or OpenTelemetry, plus SLO/error-budget experience.

Why you will love it

Real ownership: You won’t just maintain someone else’s setup. You’ll shape how we build, ship and recover.
Cool stuff, at scale: Your work keeps games running smoothly for millions of players.
No-nonsense culture: We’re direct, transparent and accountable. Conversations happen in open Slack channels, outcomes are documented in https://jobeax.com/link/LeyQ27NGLfy1QT3j , and deadlines are agreed, not imposed.
Progress over perfectionism: We ship, learn and improve, and we don’t wait for perfect.
Great people only: We have high standards, a strong team spirit and a strict no ass-hole policy.
Connected, wherever you are: We use Google Meet with cameras on, because we like actually knowing each other.

Equal Opportunities

We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
