The Role

You’ll build AI-powered products end to end, connecting frontend, backend, APIs and databases to models, agents and tools, and using coding agents to ship faster.

What you will be doing

You’ll own features across the full stack, including frontend, backend, APIs and databases, taking them from requirements all the way to deployment.
You’ll design clean interfaces and data models that are easy to maintain, and you’ll reuse shared platform capabilities rather than reinventing the wheel.
You’ll connect applications to LLMs, agents and tools, with the right permissions, solid error handling and a smooth user experience.
You’ll use coding agents to move faster, check what they produce, and share the workflows that actually work.
You’ll write tests, review code and help raise the bar for everyone through pairing and honest feedback.
You’ll troubleshoot across layers, from UI to auth to database, and keep deployed applications running reliably.

What we are looking for

Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript or JavaScript, a modern frontend framework, REST/API design and SQL.
The ability to design solutions and debug across the whole stack, including authentication and access controls.
Proven experience with Git, automated testing, code review and running applications in production.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar), plus a sharp eye for reviewing what AI generates.
You enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge and making the people around you better.
Bonus points for React, https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, GCP, or agent and tool-calling frameworks.

Why you will love it

You’ll build cool stuff, for real. AI-first product work that reaches millions of players.
There’s no ass-hole policy. You’ll work with smart, driven people who love what they do.
Progress beats perfectionism. You’ll ship, learn and iterate without getting bogged down in endless sign-off loops.
Ownership is real. Accountability and transparency run through everything. We set clear, agreed deadlines and document outcomes, and you’ll act like one of a three-person team.
No waffle. We talk openly in Slack, keep cameras on in Google Meet, and say in 20 words what others say in 1,000.
You’ll grow at full speed. We’re committed to maximum growth, both for the business and for you.

Equal Opportunities

We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
