Own and manage the Group AI Platform Teams support channel, responding to and triaging user queries
Act as primary point of contact for onboarding and migration requests
Capture onboarding requirements: use cases, data needs, model type, environments, access and governance approvals
Log, track, and chase bugs/issues across engineering and platform ops teams to closure
Track onboarding and support requests end-to-end, including SLAs, blockers, and ETAs
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and users
