1. Own and manage the Group AI Platform Teams support channel, responding to and triaging user queries
2. Act as primary point of contact for onboarding and migration requests
3. Capture onboarding requirements: use cases, data needs, model type, environments, access and governance approvals
4. Log, track, and chase bugs/issues across engineering and platform ops teams to closure
5. Track onboarding and support requests end-to-end, including SLAs, blockers, and ETAs
6. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and users
