1. perform AML/CTF, sanctions, and financial crime investigations on behalf of external clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
2. conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for clients, including customer risk assessments, KYC remediation, and periodic reviews
3. analyze transactions, customer data, and business relationships to identify potential financial crime risks and provide risk-based recommendations to clients
4. prepare high-quality reports, memos, and presentations summarizing findings, observations, and remediation actions, and present results to client stakeholders when required
5. collaborate with client teams and internal subject matter experts to deliver AML advisory, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects within agreed timelines and quality standard

The Regulatory Compliance team within Risk & Finance provides regulatory advisory services to organizations operating across the financial and capital markets. We help banks, investment firms, funds and insurance companies navigate EU and local regulatory requirements and maintain compliance.

Our projects cover the implementation and interpretation of key regulations, including MiFID, EMIR, AML and CRR/CRD. Joining our team means working on projects that combine business expertise with the practical application of regulatory requirements in a dynamic financial services environment.
