- Design, build and evolve high-performing APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Maven.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and testers to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
- Create and maintain clear API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger) and define standards for internal and external API consumption.
- Design APIs following established standards (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), focusing on versioning, backward compatibility, and consumer experience.
- Integrate with both internal and third‑party APIs while ensuring resilience, observability, and robust error handling.
- Build event-driven services with Kafka (or similar) — from topic design to schema management and reliability patterns.
