Ergomed seeks an Associate Case Processing Manager to lead ICSR management teams across assigned projects in Prague. The role combines line management responsibilities with pharmacovigilance case processing, including team oversight, workflow optimization, and quality control activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned ICSR management teams and oversee workflow processes across projects
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs and optimize team efficiency through training and procedures
• Manage ICSR deviations and review trackers and timesheet accuracy
• Perform ICSR case processing and second-level quality control reviews
• Propose process improvements and serve as subject matter expert supporting other SMEs

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree or pharmacovigilance experience
• Extensive pharmacovigilance experience with demonstrated line management background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Delegation, planning, and time management capabilities
• Technical proficiency and collaborative team working skills
