Responsibilities
Lead assigned ICSR management teams and oversee workflow processes across projects
Create and maintain project-specific KPIs and optimize team efficiency through training and procedures
Manage ICSR deviations and review trackers and timesheet accuracy
Perform ICSR case processing and second-level quality control reviews
Propose process improvements and serve as subject matter expert supporting other SMEs
Requirements
Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree or pharmacovigilance experience
Extensive pharmacovigilance experience with demonstrated line management background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Delegation, planning, and time management capabilities
Technical proficiency and collaborative team working skills
