4. Confluence structure: spaces, templates, governance.
5. JSM service design: request types, SLAs, queues, portals, and knowledge base.
6. Build and maintain automation rules in Jira/JSM to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.

For our Client, we're looking for a skilled Atlassian Administrator (Tech SME) who will serve as the go-to expert for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) platforms. You will work closely with teams, providing guidance on best practices, ensuring effective platform usage, and driving continuous improvements in service and delivery processes.
