1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver. 
2. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to create comprehensive test strategies for both new and existing features. 
3. Execute automated tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of applications. 
4. Troubleshoot and debug test failures and application defects, reporting and tracking issues through JIRA or other bug-tracking systems. 
5. Continuously improve the test automation framework to enhance test coverage and reduce testing time. 
6. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or others.

Working hours for this role are: 13-21 PM EST (fully remote) in order to allign with a Canadian timezone.

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our web applications and systems. You will work closely with the development and product teams to integrate automated tests into the development pipeline, ensuring high standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Note: Remuneration may vary depending on the results of the technical interview, depending on the determination of the candidate's seniority.
