Job offer

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who can help us build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and start meaningful conversations with the right companies and decision-makers. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing team, identify target accounts, reach out through multiple channels, qualify incoming leads, and help turn early interest into real sales-approved opportunities.

What Will You Do?

Research and identify target companies and decision-makers, especially across banking, fintech, cybersecurity, and other regulated industries, as part of your Outbound reach.
Maintain target account lists and prospect databases using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and Hubspot.
Reach out to prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
Engage with senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Innovation, and other decision-makers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls to understand their needs, timing, priorities, and fit with our solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities with clear context and next steps.
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, including lead activity, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
Track key inbound and outreach metrics and help us understand what works and where we can improve.
Gather insights on market trends, competitors, prospect pain points, and buyer behavior, and share them with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Represent Wultra at selected industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities and help identify new business opportunities.

We’re a Good Fit If You…

Have 3+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a similar commercial role, ideally in B2B technology.
Have hands-on experience with cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, and booking meetings with decision-makers.
Are comfortable starting conversations with senior stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
Understand the basics of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM.
Can write clear and persuasive sales messages tailored to different prospects and industries.
Are interested in cybersecurity, authentication, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology and can quickly understand technical topics.
Are a strong communicator and can explain complex technology in simple, relevant language.
Are persistent and resilient and understand that successful outbound sales requires consistency.
Can manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities without losing track of details.
Be disciplined and track your activities in the relevant tools.
Are analytical enough to recognize patterns in prospect behavior and quickly identify high-potential opportunities.
Are adaptable, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-changing technology environment.
Speak and write English, French, and Arabic fluently.
