Case Processing Manager, Team Lead (PV Manager) v Praha, Česko

Ergomed seeks an experienced pharmacovigilance manager to lead an ICSR case processing team in Prague. The role combines team leadership, case processing oversight, and regulatory support functions across multiple therapeutic domains.

Responsibilities

• Line manage assigned ICSR staff and support project team activities
• Develop and maintain team KPIs, optimize procedures and training to improve efficiency
• Review trackers, timesheets, and case quality; conduct second-level case QC
• Manage ICSR deviations and propose process improvements with operational leadership
• Serve as local pharmacovigilance contact and language-specific screening lead as assigned

Requirements

• Life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related qualification or PV experience
• 5–6 years pharmacovigilance experience, including minimum 3 years in line manager role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, planning, and time management abilities
• Technical proficiency and team collaboration skills
• Fluent English and advanced MS Office literacy
