Raising opportunities and issues to management, alongside well-considered potential solutions.
Ensuring internal systems, databases and records are maintained with the latest fund documentation and information.
Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality service to clients and achieve team targets and KPIs.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Service Associate:

You are fluent in written and spoken English and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
You have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in data entry.
You bring a client-focused mindset and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and third parties.
You are a curious, enthusiastic learner who is adaptable, keen to develop specialist knowledge quickly, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally when addressing challenges.
