Do you have an eye for detail, strong computer skills, and a reliable approach to work? We’re looking for someone to join our client in the financial services sector and support the setup and management of client accounts as part of an international project.

Your work will primarily involve reviewing documentation, entering data into internal systems, and collaborating with colleagues and clients. The role focuses on client onboarding: processing documentation and setting up services at the start of a client relationship.

What will you do?

• Check client documentation for completeness and accuracy, including signatures and other key information.
• Enter and update client data in internal systems based on verified documentation.
• Assist with setting up client accounts and connectivity to services.
• Help resolve connectivity issues in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Track tasks and monitor their progress in Jira.
• Communicate in English with clients and internal teams, including Sales and Compliance.

What do we need from you?

• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy under time pressure.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• English skills for daily written and spoken communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.
• A responsible approach to handling sensitive data and documentation.
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate within an international team.

What would be an advantage?

• Experience in client onboarding, account setup, or technical support.
• Familiarity with Jira or SAP.
• German at B2 level or above.

You don’t need prior experience with Jira. What matters is your willingness and ability to learn it and take responsibility for your work.
