Náplň práce: -Samostatné řešení technických požadavků a problémů zákazníků v oblasti cloudových a telekomunikačních technologií - Analýza, troubleshooting a řešení problémů v Linuxových prostředích - Podpora a troubleshooting Kubernetes a kontejnerových prostředí - Analýza síťové komunikace a packetů pomocí nástroje Wireshark - Podpora nasazování, upgradů, údržby a troubleshootingu cloudových řešení u zákazníků - Spolupráce s R&D a System Test týmy při identifikaci příčin problémů a hledání technických řešen - Komunikace se zákazníky, vedení technických diskusí a podpora implementace navržených řešení Požadujeme: - několik let zkušeností v oblasti technické zákaznické podpory, technických služeb, operations nebo obdobné rol - Velmi dobrá znalost administrace a troubleshootingu Linuxu - Dobrá znalost Kubernetes a kontejnerizovaných prostřed - Základní znalost počítačových sítí a protokolů TCP/IP, TCP a UDP - Praktická zkušenost s analýzou síťové komunikace a nástrojem Wireshark - Schopnost pracovat v Linuxovém prostředí a vytvářet jednoduché skripty pro automatizaci - Angličtina na komunikativní úrovni
