Podpora a troubleshooting Kubernetes a kontejnerových prostředí
Analýza síťové komunikace a packetů pomocí nástroje Wireshark
Podpora nasazování, upgradů, údržby a troubleshootingu cloudových řešení u zákazníků
Spolupráce s R&D a System Test týmy při identifikaci příčin problémů a hledání technických řešen
Komunikace se zákazníky, vedení technických diskusí a podpora implementace navržených řešení
Požadavky
Požadujeme:
několik let zkušeností v oblasti technické zákaznické podpory, technických služeb, operations nebo obdobné rol
Velmi dobrá znalost administrace a troubleshootingu Linuxu
Dobrá znalost Kubernetes a kontejnerizovaných prostřed
Základní znalost počítačových sítí a protokolů TCP/IP, TCP a UDP
Praktická zkušenost s analýzou síťové komunikace a nástrojem Wireshark
Schopnost pracovat v Linuxovém prostředí a vytvářet jednoduché skripty pro automatizaci
Angličtina na komunikativní úrovni
