Execute SDLC/DEPL control checks, monitor performance metrics, and track non-compliance remediation through structured workflows.
Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify control gaps, trends and improvement opportunities that support simplified compliance.
Define what “good looks like” for control adherence; coach engineering teams and provide onboarding support for new processes and requirements.
Ensure audit-ready documentation, approvals and change artefacts; produce accurate compliance reports and dashboards.
Track CI/CD delivery performance measures, detect anomalies and recommend actionable improvements for software delivery teams.
Prepare and deliver guidance, documentation, and training sessions to improve adoption of SDLC and DEPL processes.

We are seeking a Control Data Analyst to strengthen software delivery governance and support Cybersecurity engineering teams in meeting SDLC and Deployment control requirements .
This role ensures that cyber change delivery across the organisation adheres to defined controls and integrates DevOps performance metrics , compliance tracking and remediation. You will be a key enabler for quality assurance, compliance monitoring and data-driven process improvement within the first line of defence.
