2. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions across multiple markets.

4. Evaluate marketing campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
5. Perform funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and assess the effectiveness of customer retention initiatives.

For our client, an international organization operating in the employee benefits sector, we are looking for a Customer Analyst .

The role focuses on customer and user analytics across two business areas: B2B subscription-based employee benefits and fitness club operations.

The main objective is to analyze customer behavior, identify factors influencing acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

The position combines Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Predictive Modeling , supporting data-driven decision-making across international markets.
