We are looking for Customer Services Representative to join our team at Bobcat. 

As a Customer Services Representative , you will provide administrative sales and customer care support to a Distributor Network of 25–30 mixed-size dealerships, acting as the main contact for dealers’ commercial queries, requests, issues, and claims. This role requires strong customer service skills, a process-driven mindset, and experience with order management in a comprehensive ERP system.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Manages customer queries and issues professionally, with a strong focus on urgency and responsiveness
• Supports end-to-end order fulfilment and proactively manages the open order book
• Handles customer orders, quotes, holds, disputes, and post-sales queries in line with agreed standards
• Monitors KPIs and contributes to continuous improvement in customer service performance
• Builds strong working relationships with Field Sales and internal teams including supply chain, credit, collections, transport, sales, and marketing
• Supports team members and adapts to changing customer and business needs

What sets you apart:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a process-based multinational environment
• Fluent English
• Strong ERP experience, ideally Oracle or SAP
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
