Intuitive Surgical seeks a Customer Trainer in Prague to deliver da Vinci System technology training to surgical teams across multiple specialties. The role involves conducting training programs at centers, supporting specialized events, gathering program feedback, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Conduct da Vinci System training programs for surgical teams at training centers and remote locations
Lead specialized training programs and society events supporting surgeon educators and participants
Conduct surveys and measure training program effectiveness
Develop training materials, protocols, and participate in research initiatives
Manage training center logistics, equipment maintenance, inventory, and calendars
Requirements
Fluent in English and Czech; Polish beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or Education
Medical device and professional training experience
Clinical and/or operating room experience
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Ability to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours
