- Tvorba a rozvoj strategie kybernetické bezpečnosti a skupinových bezpečnostních standardů
- Řízení kybernetických rizik a koordinace nápravných opatření
- Dohled nad zabezpečením IT infrastruktury, sítí, serverů, cloudových služeb a uživatelských identit
- Koordinace řešení bezpečnostních incidentů, správy zranitelností a bezpečnostního monitoringu
- Nastavení procesů Business Continuity a Disaster Recovery pro zajištění kontinuity provozu
- Dohled nad souladem s bezpečnostními standardy a regulatorními požadavky, včetně NIS2
- Koordinace lokálních IT týmů, externích dodavatelů, bezpečnostních projektů a souvisejících investic
- Pravidelná komunikace s vedením společnosti včetně přímého reportingu CEO
Požadujeme:
- Znalost prostředí Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID a Microsoft 365
- Orientace v technologiích NGFW, EDR/XDR, SIEM, VPN, IAM/PAM
- Zkušenosti se síťovou bezpečností, cloudem, virtualizací a zálohovacími systémy
- Znalost incident response, vulnerability managementu, Business Continuity a Disaster Recovery
- Orientace ve standardech ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls a regulatorních požadavcích včetně NIS2
- Schopnost řídit bezpečnostní projekty, koordinovat mezinárodní týmy a komunikovat s vrcholovým managementem
