Deliver end-to-end programme ownership including scope, planning, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance across multiple streams.
Manage multi-million USD budgets, including forecasting, vendor spend, and financial controls.
Act as subject-matter leader on PKI, CLM, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external providers.
Ensure all solutions meet security, resilience, audit, and regulatory compliance standards.
Produce transparent progress updates and executive-level reports.
