• Build and maintain relationships with key market players across the vendor and distribution channel ecosystem.
• Collaborate with regional and global research teams to produce high-quality market intelligence and forecasts.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of the IT industry, ideally gained with a printing vendor, IT distributor, channel partner, or market research organization.
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research, preferably across the EMEA region.
• Proven data processing, modelling, and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify key trends and derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and presenting research findings to internal and external audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote and geographically dispersed team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with market intelligence platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field.
