At hubQuest , we bring together IT and analytics specialists to build new technology teams and strengthen existing ones. We help our partners turn data into useful, reliable solutions, connecting technical expertise with an understanding of business needs.

We are looking for a mid-level Data & BI Analyst who combines solid Power BI and SQL skills with strong communication, good interpersonal skills and confident English . Someone who enjoys understanding the data behind the numbers and working with people to turn business needs into reliable reporting.

You will join a growing reporting project focused on calculating and presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a global organisation . As the solution expands to include additional data sources and regional calculation rules, the team is building a consistent foundation for measuring and comparing performance across the business.

The challenge goes beyond creating dashboards. Different systems and regions may define or calculate the same indicator differently. Your work will help bring those definitions together, translate business requirements into reliable calculations and make the results clear and useful to business users.

The role covers the end-to-end reporting process : exploring source data, preparing and transforming it with SQL, building Power BI semantic models and delivering reports that people can trust. You will also investigate reported issues and help explain why figures differ across sources, calculations or reports.

Power BI and SQL are the core technologies for this role. The data platform uses Azure Databricks , but previous experience with it is an advantage rather than a requirement. You will have the opportunity to develop that knowledge while working with senior colleagues.

Communication is an essential part of the role. You will work directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss reporting logic and explain findings. You should feel comfortable asking questions, contributing to discussions and building effective working relationships with people from different backgrounds.

You will collaborate in English with BI developers, data engineers, IT teams and business users across regions. The team is expected to grow as the project develops.

You will contribute to a reporting solution that is actively growing, with a visible impact on how a global organisation defines, prepares and uses its data.

This is an opportunity to deepen your Power BI and SQL expertise while broadening your experience across the data platform . You will work on real questions behind the reports: how indicators should be calculated, why results differ and how to make reporting more consistent and reliable.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your stakeholder collaboration skills , working directly with business users and seeing how your solutions support their day-to-day decisions.

You will have support from senior colleagues, ownership of concrete deliverables and room to suggest improvements to both the solution and the way the team works.

You can also expect:

Flexible working hours and remote work flexibility.
A casual, non-corporate working environment where ideas and commitment are recognised.
Benefits , including Multisport and private medical care.
Development opportunities , including online courses, an extensive digital library, experience exchange programmes and co-funded certifications.
International collaboration with colleagues across business and technology teams.

If you enjoy using SQL to make sense of complex data, building useful Power BI solutions and working with people to understand what they need, we would like to hear from you.

You do not need to know every technology in our environment from day one. A solid foundation in Power BI and SQL , confident English and an open, collaborative approach will give you a strong starting point.
