About the role

We are looking for a collaborative and communicative Visualization Specialist who can connect scientific questions, user needs, and technical solutions.

A central part of the role is working closely with scientists and other stakeholders: listening to their needs, asking the right questions, explaining technical possibilities clearly, and translating complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical applications, primarily using Spotfire. We also welcome candidates with experience in other visualization platforms—such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik—who are motivated to develop strong Spotfire expertise.

The role combines stakeholder engagement, user-centered visualization design, and analytical scripting in R and Python. Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences is highly desirable.
