As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications and both Windows and macOS environments.
This customer-facing role requires strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills to ensure reliable IT services and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities will include:

The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.
Hardware and Network troubleshooting.
Single point of contact for end user to receive support and maintenance for computers and network system.
Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
Coordinate and Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems.
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
Installation and deployment of desktops (Windows 7, 8,2008, 2012 R2 serves and 2019 R2 Server).
Installation and configuring of Antivirus and troubleshooting of MS Office products.
Basic troubleshooting and ticket resolution and support of existing state Desk side staff.
Configuration & installation of approved Applications.
Capture all incidents in the ticketing tool on time and achieve 100% SLA's, Follow-up and Escalate (Internal / External) desktop related issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience in Desktop Support, providing end to end support in Operating System installations, upgrade, support and troubleshooting Enterprise applications plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
You should have basic knowledge’s on AD, DHCP, DNS, NETWORKING.
Technical certification will be an advantage (MSCA, MSCE, Red Hat, MCPIT etc.).
Good communication skills in English.
Availability to work in shift schedule (morning, afternoon and nights), on-site.
