1. Design, build, test, and release Java microservices using Spring Boot for enterprise-scale platforms.
2. Contribute to architectural discussions and solution design, ensuring alignment with non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, scalability).
3. Help resolve technical risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple workstreams.
4. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate development cycles while applying governance and guardrails for security, IP control, and compliance.
5. Apply GenAI techniques such as LLM-assisted development and prompt engineering under strict controls.
6. Contribute to safe usage patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based workflows with human-in-the-loop validation.

Are you a Java Developer passionate about building secure, scalable microservices and eager to work in an innovative AI-enabled SDLC environment ? Our client is looking for experienced developers to join the team delivering Global Collateral & Facility Management capabilities as part of a strategic transformation program.

This role combines hands-on engineering , cutting-edge GenAI practices , and strong controls to ensure quality, security, and compliance in an enterprise environment.
