The role of Electronics / EMC Test Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic .

Responsibilities:

Perform electronics and EMC testing in line with applicable standards and laboratory procedures
Execute tests according to customer specifications and approved test plans, ensuring accuracy and quality of results
Prepare and maintain test reports and related technical documentation
Operate, maintain, and support EMC and electronics test equipment in the laboratory
Assist in maintaining laboratory procedures and documentation aligned with quality system requirements
Monitor changes in technical standards, regulations, and customer requirements relevant to EMC and electronics testing
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
Practical experience in electronics or EMC testing, laboratory measurements, or a similar technical environment
Nice to have basic knowledge of EMC standards and electronics testing methods (automotive or industrial environment is an advantage)
General understanding of laboratory quality systems (e.g., ISO 17025 or similar)
English language skills sufficient for technical documentation and communication
Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
Willingness to learn, quality-focused mindset, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
