Key Responsibilities:

• ESG & Sustainability Reporting: Oversee carbon footprint tracking and direct regulatory/corporate reporting frameworks
• Hands-on Project Execution: Drive practical ESG initiatives, sustainable material integration, and green practices directly across active construction projects
• Cross-Stakeholder Engagement: Align corporate sustainability goals with site teams, vendors, and international leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and data management
• Pragmatic approach with the ability to turn policy into site-level action
• Fluency in English AND Czech/Slovak is strictly required
