1. Ensure the proper technical condition, reliability and safety of buildings, installations and surrounding areas at the manufacturing site.
2. Plan, prepare and independently manage investment projects related to plant infrastructure, buildings, utilities and technical installations.
3. Develop project scopes, technical specifications, budgets, cost estimates, schedules and investment justifications.
4. Coordinate infrastructure works from concept and supplier selection through implementation, technical acceptance and handover.
5. Supervise external contractors, technical service providers and construction companies, ensuring quality, timeline and budget compliance.
6. Manage maintenance and service agreements related to buildings, installations and plant infrastructure.

For our Client, a well-established international company operating in the packaging industry, we are looking for an experienced Facility & Infrastructure Engineer to join the manufacturing site.

The company is currently expanding its operations and investing in the development of its production facility. This is an important, highly independent role for a technically skilled professional who will be responsible for maintaining and developing the plant’s buildings, infrastructure and utilities, as well as preparing and delivering facility-related investment projects.
