Your role as Finance Associate This is your first step into finance. You will learn how a Nordic retail business keeps its numbers right - and with an experienced team beside you from day one.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Brno office, with three days a week on-site.
Your day-to-day will include:
Learning the ropes of day-to-day finance operations, from invoices to reconciliations
Booking transactions and supporting the team with supplier and customer follow-ups
Supporting monthly closing activities and account reconciliations
Preparing manual postings and corrections
Helping out with interim and annual audits, and picking up new tasks as you grow

A background in finance or accounting and some Excel know-how are helpful, but we'll teach you the rest.
