Your role as Finance Associate
This is your first step into finance. You will learn how a Nordic retail business keeps its numbers right - and with an experienced team beside you from day one.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Brno office, with three days a week on-site.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Learning the ropes of day-to-day finance operations, from invoices to reconciliations
• Booking transactions and supporting the team with supplier and customer follow-ups
• Supporting monthly closing activities and account reconciliations
• Preparing manual postings and corrections
• Helping out with interim and annual audits, and picking up new tasks as you grow

• You're curious, eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
• You're organized and reliable, take pride in getting details right, and take deadlines seriously.
• You enjoy working with people and communicate clearly, whether with teammates or colleagues across the Nordics.
• You're fluent in English – a Nordic language is a bonus.
• You're at the start of your career – no previous experience needed.
• A background in finance or accounting and some Excel know-how are helpful, but we'll teach you the rest.
