We are actively seeking a Fullstack Engineer (Java + React) for an strategic IT project focused on the modernization and digitalization of the corporate lending approval process. The goal of the project is to gradually replace the existing solution with a new platform that supports more efficient end-to-end processing of credit transactions, from submitting a request through approval to subsequent process steps. The solution also includes the integration of STL as a component for faster and more automated processing of selected types of transactions. The scope of the project mainly includes requirements analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, integration with subsequent systems, and cooperation across business, risk, and IT teams.

This is you

Solid experience developing backend services in Java.
Experience working with relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL, or other suitable databases.
Active knowledge of using AWS cloud services, particularly Fargate and Lambda.
Experience designing and implementing APIs for frontend applications.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience with React for frontend development is an advantage.
Good communication skills, analytical thinking, independence, and the ability to work well within a team.
Knowledge of the banking and RB environment is a plus.

This is your role

Develop and maintain backend services in Java running on AWS (Fargate, Lambda).
Work with relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL, ensuring proper data management and performance.
Collaborate on designing and implementing APIs for frontend applications.
Apply AWS cloud services in line with agile development methodologies.
Participate in optimizing application performance and security.
Occasionally assist with frontend development in React, contributing to the overall user experience.
Collaborate closely with business, risk, and IT teams to support the goals of the STL project.
Contribute to requirements analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, and integration with related systems.
