O pozici / o projektu

Původní popisek.

The Developer Education (DevEd) team empowers every Netflix employee to create, innovate, and deliver at their best by providing accessible, relevant, and high-quality learning experiences. Our product is a more knowledgeable and capable Netflix workforce, not any single educational program. Our outcome is collective innovation, efficiency, and increased productivity across our enterprise..

DevEd operates as the Hub of educational expertise at Netflix, partnering with domain teams who provide deep local context and domain-specific content. We are catalysts and enablers, not gatekeepers. We focus on four strategic pillars: Onboarding & Foundational Learning, Continuing Education & Enablement, Documentation Excellence, and Innovation Enablement.

About the role

General Program Manager L5 with breadth and depth of experience in Developer Education and Enablement.

We are seeking an innovative, proactive learning enabler who is passionate about technical training and documentation, and who will amplify how engineers across Netflix learn, ship, and leverage AI in their day-to-day work.

In this role, you will own global developer learning programs end to end: from onboarding and ongoing education to documentation strategy, AI-assisted workflows, and analytics on developer productivity. You will design and deliver high-impact training, drive key enablement initiatives, and work across Engineering, Product, and Support to create learning experiences that measurably reduce friction and boost developer velocity.

This role is pivotal in accelerating developer velocity through jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) driven learning experiences. As a highly trusted individual contributor, you will shape how our global engineering organization learns, adopts new tools, and continuously improves how we build.

Role will require occasional travel to Netflix offices for onboarding, learning events, and quarterly onsites.
