What will be your responsibilities?

• Lead content strategy and best practices across Dr. Max markets
• Optimize e-shop content, category pages and customer journeys
• Coordinate digital marketing and e-commerce projects across countries
• Work closely with SEO, UX, product, CRM and commercial teams
• Analyze performance and turn insights into actions
• Bring successful solutions from one market and scale them across the Group
• Support innovation and new digital initiatives

What do we expect from you?

• 4+ years of relevant experience in content, digital marketing, e-commerce or related areas
• Strong understanding of websites, content and customer experience
• Previous experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, PBI)
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS, good understanding of SEO and performance marketing drivers
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
• Native Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
