Group Full-stack developer - Marketing Technology v Praha – Vinohrady, Česko

Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking Group Full-stack Developers – Marketing Technology to join our Marketing Innovation and Technology team, responsible for developing and maintaining the technical solutions that the marketing organization runs on: front-end components, back-end services, integrations and data flows between the marketing platform and surrounding systems. The role is a hands-on development role within the Marketing Innovation & Technology team, which acts as technical enabler and solution architect for CRM, SEO and local marketing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Develop https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv components and widgets that run inside pages and environments the team does not fully control.
• Develop https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY services and build new features on top of existing internal solutions.
• Design, implement and maintain integrations between the marketing platform and surrounding systems – REST APIs, webhooks, event and data pipelines.
• Build campaign logic, templates and configurations within the CDP (Bloomreach Engagement). 
• Debug and resolve issues across front-end, back-end and the boundaries between systems, including data inconsistencies between platforms. 
• Translate business requirements from marketing stakeholders into working technical solutions. 
• Use AI tooling as a standard part of the daily development workflow. 
• Document delivered solutions and maintain them in production.

What We’re Looking For

You should have experience in:

• Higher education diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Fluent English, both oral and written (at least C1).
• Practical commercial experience in web development. 
• Solid Experience with JavaScript. 
• Experience with https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv and Node.js. 
• Strong with REST API integration. 
• Knowledge of SQL and Git.
• Practical use of AI tools in the development workflow.

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Experience with a CRM/CDP or marketing automation platform (Bloomreach Engagement, Braze, Salesforce, Adobe). Message queues or streaming platforms.
• Google Tag Manager, client-side or server-side. 
• Python. 
• Cloud (AWS/GCP), BigQuery or a comparable data warehouse.
