Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Desired Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee retention.
• Experience in implementing HR policies and training programs.
