Your role

As a Inside Sales Representative your mission is to contribute to business growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing tailored solutions.

You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role combines proactive sales planning, prospecting, product knowledge, and effective CRM management.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, customer-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively to find the right solutions.

You will

• Take ownership of your sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers and create new opportunities for emergency rental solutions within your territory.

• Understand customer needs, operational risks, and rental requirements, and keep relevant information up to date in the CRM.

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming rental enquiries, qualify opportunities, and connect customers with the right teams.

• Plan and organize your sales activities and manage your time effectively.

• Build strong relationships with customers, Customer Centers, and CSC colleagues.

• Work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure customer needs are understood and opportunities progress smoothly.

• Provide tailored solutions and manage the process from the initial lead through to the final rental order, ensuring it is done right the first time.

You'll need:

• Experience in Customer Care or Sales and ideally native level of Polish and communicative English.
• To be a collaborative and proactive team player who can also work independently.
• To be persistent, determined and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
• To think creatively and commercially and look for new ways of doing things.
• To have a pragmatic, hands-on approach and take ownership of your work.
