Your role

As a Inside Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Service Sales Manager, you will work closely with the sales and service teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

You will

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
• Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

• Entry level position
• Very good level of English & German. French or Italian would be an added value.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and eager to learn Power BI tools and CRM
• Ability to work in team
