Installation Supervisor (Spanish-speaking) | Spain & International Projects v Praha – Nusle, Česko is listed on Jobeax. Browse 80,000+ vacancies available.
Help us bring food production facilities to life.
One month you could be supporting the installation of a flour mill in Spain. The next, you could be working on a food processing plant somewhere else in the Spanish-speaking world.
As an Installation Supervisor at Bühler, you’ll be on-site where our projects take shape. You’ll guide installation teams, coordinate contractors, solve technical issues, and ensure that our machines and production systems are installed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
This role involves up to 90% international travel. Most assignments take place in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries, with occasional projects in other parts of the world. Installation assignments typically last 3 to 8 weeks.
To support your onboarding and development, you'll be based in Prague during your first year. During this time, you'll follow a structured onboarding and training program, while also joining customer site installations alongside experienced colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and build the skills needed to manage installation projects independently.
What you'll do
- Supervise the installation of Bühler machines and production solutions
- Plan and coordinate daily installation activities on customer sites
- Guide installation teams and contractors carrying out the work
- Act as a key contact for Spanish-speaking customers and contractors
- Monitor quality, safety, schedules, and site readiness
- Solve technical and organizational issues directly on-site
- Keep customers, project managers, and internal teams informed
- Prepare site reports and escalate risks or delays when needed
The focus of this position is technical supervision and coordination. You’ll guide the teams carrying out the installation rather than perform the installation work yourself.
Who we're looking for
We welcome both experienced installation professionals and candidates ready to progress from a practical technical role.
You may already supervise installations or commissioning activities. Alternatively, you may have experience as a Service Technician, Site Engineer, or in another technical on-site role and be ready to take on more responsibility.
What matters most is your technical understanding, sound judgement on-site, willingness to travel, and ability to work effectively with customers and contractors.
You’ll need:
- Technical education or relevant practical technical experience
- Fluent Spanish
- Communicative English (B2 or higher)
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence communicating and coordinating with others
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Driving licence
New to installation management? We'll support you.
Becoming a successful Installation Supervisor doesn't happen overnight.
That's why we provide a structured onboarding program, technical training, and support from experienced colleagues.
Whether you're already an experienced Installation Supervisor or stepping up from another hands-on technical role, we'll help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in this position.
