Deliver end-to-end platform engineering and lifecycle management for the Internal Kubernetes Platform.
Develop tools and automation to manage platform infrastructure and services lifecycle.
Drive orchestrated operations for automation solutions, improving reliability, quality, and upgrade timelines.
Optimize system performance and resource utilization; plan for future capacity.
Build dashboards and visualizations to provide platform transparency.
Implement self-healing solutions and resolve system issues proactively.

We are looking for an Internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) Engineering Team Lead to join our client’s Private Cloud division, which powers internal cloud platforms supporting secure, efficient operations for internal customers worldwide.
As a Team Lead , you will oversee a local engineering team while working closely with global teams. Your focus will be on designing, automating, and managing containerization platforms at enterprise scale.
