In Service Desk and Support team we're looking for an AI & Analytics Engineer to join us in Warsaw for full time. No relocation sponsorship is planned, please consider when applying.

About our team

Meet the End User Engineering and Operations team. Our role is to deliver World Class End User Experience throughout AI capabilities and enabling advanced chatbot agentic AI.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Building AI solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) benefiting end user journey
• Forging partnership with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the future of AI
• Improving IT operational performance, transparency and data-driven decision-making by analysing & modelling data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations
• Designing and running functional and non-functional tests on AI solutions
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to run all activities aligned with IT Policies and other requirements
