Job description
Supporting and administering NetApp Storage and Microsoft infrastructure
Monitoring and ensuring data availability, integrity, and security
Managing and troubleshooting incidents through the ticketing system
Prioritizing and resolving infrastructure-related issues
Supporting virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
Administering backup environments including Veeam and ArcServe
Supporting web services such as Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat
Working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service
Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in German and English
Experience in Server a Storage Administration
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Experience with NetApp Storage technologies
Exposure to virtualization technologies ( VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix )
Experience with backup solutions ( Veeam, ArcServe )
Customer-oriented mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
