The focus is on enabling the business through reliable, secure access to a wide range of SaaS platforms, while continuously improving how services are delivered as the organisation scales.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Apply our security controls. You’ll roll out and maintain device trust, DLP and web security policies in partnership with InfoSec, and help troubleshoot when they affect users.
Support onboarding and offboarding. You’ll make sure access is granted and removed accurately and on time, and help automate the manual steps.
Automate repetitive work with scripts and the platforms’ built-in automation.
Act as L2/L3 escalation for the service desk, resolving complex issues and turning recurring problems into documented fixes.
Contribute to projects, owning workstreams within larger platform rollouts and upgrades.
