1. Project Management & Execution: Take full responsibility for every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget including international projects in the NORAM and EMEA regions.
2. Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
3. Resource Management: Efficiently manage allocated resources to meet project deliverables while optimizing project profitability.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communications with all project stakeholders, ensuring expectations are set, and updates are provided throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Team Way of Working Facilitation: Pick the best-suited delivery methodology with your team to ensure effective project governance.
6. Leadership & Development: Lead and develop project teams, promoting an environment of growth and collaboration.

You'll be leading a variety of smaller projects in parallel leveraging your top-notch prioritization, organization and delivery skills.
