Zarządzanie komunikacją i współpracą z klientem, interesariuszami biznesowymi, dostawcami oraz kadrą zarządzającą.
Przygotowywanie dokumentacji projektowej, raportów, harmonogramów i prezentacji oraz prowadzenie spotkań projektowych.
