We are looking for a Junior Asset Analyst to join our Asset & Lifecycle team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will support the day-to-day analysis, control, and tracking of both hardware and software assets across their full lifecycle, with a strong focus on Software Asset Management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, values accuracy, and wants to grow in a position that combines analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration. If this sounds interesting, this might be a role for you?

In this role, you will be part of a small team that is responsible for analysing asset related data, maintaining asset records, and preparing reports and summaries supporting key business decisions.

You will also contribute to Software Asset Management activities, helping ensure that software-related information is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes. You will work closely with local and global teams to support asset governance, improve data quality, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the asset management function. A key part of the role is to collaborate with software vendors, managing software purchases, and monitoring license renewals.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in analytical work and learn how asset management works in a large international organization.
