Lead Cyber Security (Identity and Access Management) role at Merck involves owning the strategy and development of a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. Responsibilities

• Own overall strategy and development of the CIAM identity management platform
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of CIAM specialists internationally
• Manage Connect 2.0 (Ping Identity) platform and establish authentication, authorization, and consent management procedures
• Drive adoption of identity management solutions across eCommerce, CRM, and customer-facing websites
• Monitor system reliability, manage platform budget, and ensure regulatory compliance with security and privacy requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with customer identity management systems and technologies
• Knowledge of Ping Identity (Connect 2.0) platform, authentication, authorization, and consent management
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead and mentor technical specialists in international environments
• Experience managing platform operations, budgets, and vendor partnerships
• Ability to coordinate security strategy with cyber security, privacy, and legal teams
• Strong English communication and presentation skills for global product management
